ROPEFLEX THE ULTIMATE FITNESS SYSTEM

Its always great to get feedback from our users. Positive or negative we can always use it to improve our products or to create new ones. Check it out and keep these 3 points in mind:

  1. This was written by a new ROPEFLEX RX2100 user

  2. We are not the only rope machine company around, but more companies are realizing the benefits of this type of training, and this is PLUS for everyone

  3. Just like treadmills, not all rope machines are the same

Like many of us that go to the gym, I've seen different styles of rope machines without really knowing what to do with them. A few of my friends, who are world champions arm wrestlers, use it for their workout regimen. But even after seeing my friends use it, I've still procrastinated about it. I am sure many people, like me, feel the same way. About 6 weeks ago, I walked to the Ropeflex machine located in the middle of Anaheim Gold's gym. I stood there and thought to myself, "Maybe I should give this machine a chance to see how my body will feel and respond." That is one of the smartest decisions I've made in a long time. The rest, as they say, is history.

The very first session I had with the Ropeflex left me so pumped, and my heart rate was over 70% for an hour, peaked at 90%. Quickly I realized that this Ropeflex is the missing piece of equipment that I was looking for all these years. With my background as a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified trainer, I am very inventive with my various kinds of exercises. However, the Ropeflex offers something more than just pumped muscles. Ropeflex can also give you an amazing cardio effect, and it can tone/build your muscles. Every set can be an ab set. Every set will raise your heart rate no matter who you are. There is more to it still, but I will get back to it later.

I am writing this after 5 full weeks of doing the Ropeflex 5-6 times a week. My upper body has blown up much fuller. My arms have become more muscular and much larger, and my abs are getting tighter. In the beginning, I pulled about 800 reps per session. I had people approach me and tell me "Watching you pulling that rope is like watching a person doing hard labor, I am tired just by seeing that." As time progresses, I have continued to refine the routine more and more. I've come up with many ways to target more upper body muscles, then I get my legs involved too. Even my fingers and my thumbs workout very hard. Below is the list of what can be trained with the Ropeflex according to my method:

  • Arms: upper and lower

  • Shoulders

  • Back

  • Core (all movements)

  • Obliques (all movements)

  • Hand/grip

  • Chest

  • Legs

  • Heart conditioning as in cardio conditioning

  • Joint health (this is special)

  • Energy

I do not know any other exercise system that can offer all those benefits in one machine. Stop and think why all the health clubs have the word "Fitness" in their name. 24 Hour Fitness, LA Fitness, Planet Fitness, USA Fitness…The term fitness embodies a strong toned body and a healthy heart. This is exactly what Ropeflex offers and much more.

I am 64 years old, but my friends call me "Forever Teenager" because of the energy and the physique that I portray. I think lately, the Ropeflex has a lot to do with this term. It pushes me up to the next level, a level I would not have thought possible. It is my passion to share all I have learned from working out with the Ropeflex. I want to show people how to use the Ropeflex machine and make it into the new trend: the new lasting fashion of exercise routines everywhere. Thank you very much...
